Leak ID offers a number of services for our residential customers.
Water Service Line Leaks
We find leaks in water service lines. The line is located with Electromagnetic locators and marked with blue paint. We input size of pipe, pipe material and distance into a computer (Correlator). With sensors at both ends of the pipe, the computer will display a leak location. That location is then confirmed with the use of ground microphones. The area is then marked for you to get an estimate for repair from your plumber. We even find leaks in plastic lines!

Sewer & Downspout Video Inspections
Buying a house? Having problems with your line? Wet basement after a rain? We are a third party inspection company, meaning that since we do not do the repair work, our assessment is unbiased. Depending on the file size, we either email a video or upload it to a private YouTube channel. Sorry, popcorn not included.
